Instructions:
- Play starts when Passer hits a pass into Middle player; after Passer plays the return pass, they must move to create an angle for return pass to shoot 1st time.
- Middle player lays the ball off in a drop pass for Passer to drive with laces.
- Rotation: Passer to Middle player, Middle player to back of the line.
Coaching Points:
- Timing and weight of passes
- Movement off the ball in order to shoot 1st time
- Shooter:
- Head up to observe target/goalkeeper
- Selection of appropriate foot/surface
- Selection of appropriate spot on the ball to strike
- Plant foot next to ball and follow through aimed at target

- This time, layoff pass from Middle player is more to the side, causing the Passer to bend the shot far post with inside of foot.

- Observation of GK and target to choose striking surface.
- Ball out of feet at an angle (2 o'clock or 10 o'clock) after move for correct observation and apporach.
- Plant foot, hips and shooting foot aimed at target at point of contact.
- Land on striking foot.
