Counter Attack and Recovery

1.

Session starts with one of the groups on the sides. The player on the cone will start with the ball, they will pass to their teammate who is on the outside with them. That player will try to play the ball into the path of the player that just passed to them. That player then puts a cross in for the player in the box to finish.

2.

As soon as the ball is crossed and finished the 3 blue players in the center grid can enter the playing area and attack 2 defenders. The player that just crossed the ball must recovery as quickly as possible to make the game 3v3. The game is finished when the intensity drops or a goal is scored. Once this is done, the other side of the field will play and put a cross in .
