Organization:
Set up 20x45 rectangle subdivided into 3 areas. f
3 groups of 4 set up as shown with 2 neutrals if extra players
Instructions:
- 4v1 in box
- team in possession trys to connect set number of passes (3 or 4), then play the ball to the opposite side.
- if the ball is succesfully played across the area, the receiving team controls the ball and looks to connect their own 3 or 4 passes before switching the ball back with another pass
- defending team sends in a new defender from the middle zone every time the ball is switched
- 1pt for succesfully playing the ball accross the area.
- if defending team wins the ball, or it is played out of bounds, the defending team is replaced by the team that lost possession.
Ball can be moved around to other side using the neutrals but no points are awarded.

Setup: Rectangle 30x15. 8 players, 2 pug nets. Split the rectangle in half with a pug net or gate on either end. 4 players per team on each side.
Activity:
Coach serves pass the ball to one of the teams and one of the opponent player's runs into the other team’s half to defend in a 1v4
If the possession team completes four passes, a second player is sent to enter the other half to make it a 2v4
If the team completes another four passes, a the third player will enter the active area so it is now 3v4.
When the third defender has entered the possession half of the pitch to create a 3v4, they attempt to free up a player who can dribble into the opponent’s half and go 1v1 against the fourth defender to try and score in their opponents pug net
If the defending team manages to regain possession or force a passing mistake at any time, its players return to their half of the pitch and the passer giving away possession must immediately run into that area and defend 1v4. and play continues.
Progression-limit possession team to 2 or 1 touch.
