Organization: Set up box 30x30m grid. With set of cones in the middle on either side. One player on each cone with extra players on one cone. Have multiple balls.
Instructions: Player beginning it the ball will play a pass to their right. Player recieves ball, dribbles towards set of cones, make an attacking move and play a pass to the next player and pattern repeats.
Coaching Points:
1. Focus on feint/change of direction prior to opponent (cones)
2. Change of pace (explosiveness after touch)
3. Dribbling Technique (big touches with space, small touches when limited in space)

Organization: One goal, 2 lines beginning 10 yards from post. Cones set up in zig-zag, 2 hurdles, 1 pole.
Instruction: Split group into two groups have them start behind first cone. When coach says go, players will weave around the cones, jump over hurdles, run around pole then go into the middle of field. Coach will play a ball into middle and players will challenge each other to score. If players want to go in net have a keeper if not go to empty goal.
Progression: Introduce different movements around cones, hurdles, and poles i.e two foot hops, run backwards through cones, go around pole 2 times before going into middle.
Keep track of goals at the end.

1. Footwork (quick short steps)
2. Agility and Balance
3. Speed (explosiveness into the space)
4. Receiving and Shooting Technique (1st touch toward goal, inside/laces)

Touch Warm-Up + SHARK (15 mins)
Set Up: Half Field or 30x30 space. Each player with a ball.
Instructions: Players move around the area, dribbling their ball, doing various exercises.
1) Dribble with both feet
2) Dribble with left, Dribble with right
3) Dribble with the inside/outside of both feet
4) GAME OF SHARK - Attempt to steal your teammates ball while maintaining possession of your own.
Coaching Points:
Focus on proper technique of each aspect when coaching and while players are active. Interact individually when appropriate.
