Warm Up
- Scatter balls around area (approx 30 x 20)
- Players jog inside the area in various directions, when they reach a ball they must skip or jump over it
- Every 30 seconds (approx) change action when arriving at a ball (e.g. 360 around ball or squat/sit on ball etc.)
Progression:
1) Challenge players to change their type of movement from ball to ball (e.g. skipping, backwards jogging, crawling)
2) When arriving at a ball perform ball exercise e.g. toe taps, boxes, bounces, throw and clap
3) Competition: Race to perform certain action at 5 balls, first player to 5 balls and sat down is the winner

Technical Activity
- Players have 1 ball each, dribbling around the area
- Coach calls various body parts (e.g Stop and touch with knee) or actions (Turns, Taps, Rolls, Throws etc.). Players perform movement on coaches command.
Then..
- If a players name(s) is called, they must leave their ball and steal as many players balls as possible. If they are succesful stealing a players ball they must try and shoot it on either goal before stealing another players ball. Dribbling players that get their ball kicked out must collect their ball and rejoin the square.
- After 30 seconds let players rest and return to ball manipulation exercises

Organisation
- Four teams of 3 (Lined up inside large goal, players link arms)
- Players are numbered 1-3
*If uneven numbers teams can play with 2 or 4 players
- Coach calls a number, the players who were given that number play 1v1v1v1 trying to score in opposing teams goals
- Players in the goal have to stop the ball from going in without breaking the chain
- Coach keeps score and keeps competitive
Progression:
- If player saves a ball he can enter the pitch to play 2v1
- Coach can add multiple balls

Match
- Setup 2 Match Pitches
- 3v3
- Goal keepers (optional)
- If ball goes out on the sideline coach can add in new ball OR players pass/dribble ball back in play
- Opposing team retreats back to own half for goal kicks
