Key Factors

  • Goalkeeping and throwing, goalkeeper starts off at one of the disc markers as a ball is shot into the goal, the keepers reflexes are tested as with each save they make they need to throw the ball out to the player who is side stepping between the two cones to change where the keeper needs to make their distribution. this can be made more challenging by increasing the distance between the goal and the disc markers, it can also be made easier by having the reciever staying still, or by decreasing the distance between the goal and the disc markers, the striker of the ball may also be moved further from the goal giving the goalkeeper more time to react.

whole-part-whole, in the second game the goalkeepers may be encouraged to make long distance distribution to players on the sides of the pitch.
