Instructions:
A passes to B with C acting as a passive defender. B takes a touch to one side, then performs an L-V combo to beat the defender before dribbling to far end. C then becomes the receiver of a new ball from the opposite end with A acting as their passive defender. Process repeats.
Coaching Points:
- Body side on, feel for the defender
- Receive ball with foot furthest from defender
- Feet apart to keep defender away from the ball
- Use of moves (L-V combo) to shift and beat defender

Instructions:
1v1 in centre. Game begins with a pass into receiving player. Receiver is trying to beat the defender and dribble ball over opposite endline. If defender wins ball they are attacking the endline where the ball came from. Play until a goal is scored or ball goes out and then rotate. One team atacks for 90 seconds and then switch roles. Keep score and make it a competition.
Coaching Points:
- Body shape to receive the ball
- Feel for the defender
- Use if moves to shift and beat the defender

Instructions:
Every player with a ball. First player in each line begins dribbling, performing a Stepover at the first cone before driving to the end cone. They round that cone and bring the ball back to the start. The second player in each line goes once the person ahead of them performs their Stepover. Process is continuous.
Coaching Points:
- Keep ball close, touch on every step.
- Head up, watch for traffic, be able to react to it.
- Quality of stepover
- Change of speed out of Stepover
Progressions:
- Switch lines to use both feet to do teh Stepover.
- Add in challenges to do with the ball on the dribble back (toe taps, boxes, juggles, etc.)
