Further 12 yard area for 2 strikers and 2 centre halfs plus 18 yard for keeper
2 Mannequins positioned centrally on end line of possession grid, 6 yards apart.
7 v 5 in central grid (overload to increase success).
2 strikers and 2 defenders in 12 yard zone.
3 x 5 Minutes (2 Minute rest)
Explanation
Team in possession (yellows) must make minimum 3 passes in possession grid before looking to play in to one of the strikers.
Once ball played in, one of the yellows can join in to create a 3 v 2, from which the yellows have 8 seconds to score.
Ball can be played through or around the mannequins, but if it is through its worth double points.
If blues win ball back in possession grid they have 6 seconds to get a shot away in the other goal.
Keep score, make it competitive.
Block 1
