Session Objective: Circle Passing - Ideal as part of warm up.To improve passing and receiving.
Organisation: 12 v 3 (vary numbers according to number of players but 4:1ratio in favour of outside players).
Endless variations:
A)Play and receive,move to another player.Vary how ball received,movement across circle(step overs,turns),ball manipulation(parts of foot,right foot.left foot).
B)Play to one player who keeps ball.Go and receive off another.Then all variations as above.
C)Play to one player who plays to player on right who plays back to C.
Key Factors:
1st Touch,
Half Touches, Use of Sole of foot, Disguise.
Type of pass.Weight of pass.
Movement to receive,Body shape,quality of pass. Awareness/Head up

Session Objective: To improve possession through movement before and after receiving ball.
Organisation:
Overload red team with two players unopposed in box in centre of pitch.Reds keep possession and can also play ball to players inside box.They have one touch each and ball is returned to outside.Can develop by player who plays ball into box takes place of player who plays ball out of box.
Key Factors:
Know where space is to take ball.
Create space to receive(movement before).
Angle/body shape to receive/touch (movement with)
Quality of pass (and movement after).

Objective: to develop quick attacking play
Practice organisation
Pitch 60 by 40.
2 appropriate sized goals.Balls by side of goals.
Game starts by goalkeeper feeding .
•The team in possession must make three passes before allowed to play into attacking half.Player making pass (A) then follows in to attacking half to make 3v3 and support quick play to score.When goal scored or ball lost,player A reverts back to defensive half.Whoever plays ball in to opposite half,joins in.
Developments:a) Vary number of passes in defensive half before playing into attacking half.
b) Player A must dribble/run ball over line before joining in.
c) Rotate players

Session Objective:To improve passing ,receiving and movement with ball.
Organisation:
Mannikins or poles set out in pattern as shown players perform different action at each pole.Players move to next position after playing.Extra players placed at each pole to form queue if numbers big.
A plays to B.B receives side on and feints to right and goes left.He then plays to C who moves towards ball then backs off opening up to take on back foot.He then plays 1-2 with D who spins round pole to receive ball.He plays to E who takes ball out of feet to round cone and play to F.F flicks ball on first touch between poles and spins round to receive then plays to A.Cycle starts again.
Developments:Vary techniques,number of poles.use left foot/right foot only for all manoeuvres.Once player C has ball add another ball in.Increase number of balls as appropriate.
