Organization:
Set up 2 outer cones, then two inner cones which should be bigger/higher so the player can challenge themselves whilst jumping over
Instructions:
Start at outside cone and get feet shuffling, shuffle over into position then do the knee lifts to get over the gate of taller cones
Do this back and forth for 30-60 seconds, depending on fitness of players
Coaching Points/Questions:
Use outside foot and momentum to keep it going when you change direction
Low, athletic position
Regressions/Progressions:
Add headers in at each cone
