Drill One: Work on dribbling with one foot at a time, then both feet, also work on turning. Girls can keep their distance if you make enough lanes for them to dribble through, keep 2 girls per lane, so they can work on their passing after they turn.
Drill Two: Combine ball work with agility, dribble to center cone, cut to left or right, then pass ball, after pass do agility work.

Ball manipulation and Agility work (60 mins)
Drill aone on the left: 20x5 divided in half at 10 yards. No more than 3 players per lane. Add extra lane if needed!!!.
Start on easy directional dribble to cones, shoe lace dribble, inside outside, both feet dribble and work on turning as well. MUST do one foot EACH TIME, left and right!!!...EYES UP!, comfortable pace
Work on different turns, inside foot, outside foot, Cruyff, pull back.
Focus on proper dribble and turn technique. Proper pass back to partner.
AT LEAST 30 minutes of dribbling turning and passing, let them work on one skill at a time for about 5 to 7 minutes each. ATTENTION TO DETAIL ALWAYS!!!..
Drill 2: Agility with a ball. o more than 3 PLAYERS PER LANE!. Set up a second grid if nessesary.
Set up as in diagram, after dribbling to middle cone, they pass to player on their right then go through agilty obstacles. Coach blows whistle everytime so all 4 players start at the same time.
Make sure they dribble a little faster, use proper turning and passing technique and go through obstacles with speed. EYES UP EYES UP EYES UP!. ATTENTION TO DETAIL on both drills please!!
15 to 20 minutes MAX!
Then play for last 30 minuites with a 3 team rotation with team outside providing "bumpers" for team in possession.
