Goal: fast scoring + interception (block)

A plays B and receives the ball back to score (before the square), B tries to intercept (behind square). Only pushing

3v1 (10 mins)

Goal:

play 3v1 for lower teams (learn to make width and depth) + communication between players

Exercise:

3 players start in central square, one of them receives the ball from Trainer. They run to outside and try to pass defender A. When they have brought ball in the dotted circle zone: free hit @ goal.

Rotation:

fix defdenders, change after x minutes

Variations:

bring second defender to make 3v2 (advanced level)
