Set up - 4 Squares 10x10, 1 red and 1 yellow in each square 1v1, 2 green floating players
Objective - Team in possession (reds) with two green floating players work to create 3v1 situation in each square. Red and yellows are resticted to 1v1 in their own square. when 3v1 situation created aim for 3 passes and trensfer to another square when appropriate. 3v1 then starts again.

Body shape
Movement of the ball - player in possession should have options within the square but also to transfer to other sqaure
Green floating players work on body shape / receiving priorities to allow and be aware of tranistion.
Progressions:
Move to 4v4 with 2 floaters but players aren't restricted to 1v1 squares ensuring you still encourage players to create and maintain space so transition out of confined areas can still take place.
