Passing and movement with 3 progression
1- A passes into B who then passes back to the corner, player follows pass
2- A passes to B which passes back to corner but then makes run to corner that is clockwise
3- A passes into B which opens up and plays to corner that is clockwise, player follows pass
Start with 2 touch then move to 1 touch
Coaching Points:
- Weight of Pass
- Opening up with back foot and taking touch into the space you want to move into
- Concentrate on all the small parts and techniques
- Make sure direction of 1st touch is where you want to go
- What surface of the foot is used
- Disguise 1st touch
- Quick movement

3 v 1 in three grids. Players must stay in their area, offering support. Points are scored by offensive team by switching from grid A to C or the revers or 10 passes. If defense wins ball they attempt to score on goal.
Coaching points:
- Players look to move into supporting position without ball
- Use combinations plays to mantain possesion
- Always have a plan
- Look to always find a new space to play into
- First touch into space, away from pressure
- Distance of 1st touch
- Open body up to the field
- Limit touches to speed play and move defender out of position
- Do not force passes
- Have a plan before recieving ball
- Constantly surveying field and assessing where best space is

3 v 1 rondo (4 v 2 depending on numbers), player must move to supporting side so that player with ball always has 2 options. Ball cannot be played across box
Coaching Points:
- Use awareness and agility to quickly find another cone
- Concentrate on 1st touch into space
- What part of foot used for 1st touch
- Which direction that touch has taken you
- How hard of a touch should you take
- Properly position body to play in either direction
- Remain balanced and in control when striking the ball
- Keep head up in order to find open player in new space
- Weight of pass, player recives pass as they are moving to side
