2v2 attacking, defending and transitioning.
The game is not flying changes.
1. New teams enter the field on the coaches call. The color called enters w/a ball while other color becomes the defenders. Change on any ball change, goal/out of bounds.
2. Progression: New team comes on w/a ball (called out by coach.) Defenders (team not called) are the team already on the field.
The coach has control of what he wants to work on. Vary which team comes on depending on how one wants the teams to react.
Attacking. Isolate the 2v1!!
Defending: discipline and pressure cover.
Transition: players must react to the changing environment.
