1) players are split into 2 groups half go to cones spred out around the smaller box with a ball the rest start in the middle
2) players in the middle must run to a free player on the outside and calls for a pass, plays a 1 - 2 and then must return into the middle box and then run out to another free player to repeat.
A) floor pass, B) Volley, C) header
after each players swap over, each one lasts 30sec
