Technical Finish- Striker
Organization:6 cones, plenty of ballsDescription:
Follow the number pattern. For the Striker we want a check to the ball and a pass to the other midfield and the striker will check inside bending a run for a through ball and a finish.
The rotation is ABC for mins and do opposite side for 5 mins

Technical Finishing- midfield (10 mins)
Organization:
6 cones and plenty of soccer ball
Description:
Follow the number pattern. The rotation is follow your pass. 5 mins same direction and do the opposite for the same amount of minutes.

-striker the ball with lace or inside depending on the position on the goalie

Technical Finishing- Cross (10 mins)
Organization:6 cones and plenty of balls
Description:
Follow the number pattern. Rotation is follow your pass. This is combine the entire week in building up the play, switching the point of attack and finish on the cross. The 10 and 9 will have near and far post runs. *** If you are press for time, skip this activity and revisit this activity another time.

4v4 at goal (15 mins)

2 goals, 18 yard line x2 3 teams of 4
Description:
the team that is on the outside will act as bumpers with two touch only. The other two teams will play for 3 min games or team that scores stays. This is a rapid finish game, we want players to look to combine and quickly shoot if the space is available.
