Each Player has a ball.
1- Coach asks how many triangles can you run through in 30 seconds.
2- Coach shouts a color and the first person to get into each triangle gets a point.
3- Coach teaches move of the day (Inside Cut) to perform in each triangle
4- How many triangles can they visit when performing the move?
Coaching Points
Head forward
Close touches when dribbling, big touches when running
Slow down when close to triangle
Technique in the move and when dribbling / running with the ball.

Yellow dribble in area (small). White do not have a ball but aim to touch as many balls as possible in one minute. (Switch roles) Yellow scores by dribbling through gates. How many gates can they get through in one minute? Progression: Defenders can steal the ball and try to get points themselves making the game continuous.
Coaching Points: Close control, 'Feel the ball and see the field', Accelerate into space, awareness of other players.
*If Defenders have too much success reduce amount of defenders*

Description: 3V3 (2v2) to Four goals. Yellow score in 2 goals and white score in 2 other goals.
Coaching Points: Awareness of space and opponents, attack the space when you see it, On gaining possession can we attack early?

Description: World Cup format scrimmages. Players are split into four teams. Each a country. Each team will play each other and will keep track of points. 6 - Win, 3- tie, 1-For a good effort (lose). Coach can give bonus points in relation to the practice (good decision when dribbling, a good effort when attempting to beat a player etc.) When the time limit of the game is up coach shouts 'FULL TIME' first team back in position (team cones in middle of the two fields). gets a bonus point.
Coaching Points: High light good decisions and effort. Praise good play that relates to topic.
