4 v 2 - attackers look to play the ball into the attacking target for a goal - server can join in to make 3 v 2. defenders start with a ball and look to intercept, progress to stealing the ball and dribbling out of the square.

set up as shown - attackers play a pattern and then attack the goal, defenders look to regain possession and score in the corner goals.

technical warm up: (15 mins)
set up 10 x 10 boxes with small goups doing ball manipulation. Progress to smash and grab - 1 defender looks to steal all of the balls. when a player loses a ball they can support attackers with a pass.
