2 teams:
The team defending the big goal must send one player to be the keeper. The attacking team continue to attack the big goal until the defending team score in one of the mini goals.
Then the roles are reversed.
Defending team should condense the space in front of goal while the 4 sgould look to make themselves and their shape as big as possible.
Look too make sure we can penetrate the space with a pass towards a forward.
without the player playing high players are limited to playing only wide and back ands allows defending team to push on and pressure team closer to their own goal/s.
