Number Eight Drill (5 mins)
Number Eight Drill.
Passing on the run and Changing of speed.
Player 2 passes a short ball to Player 1. Player 1 passes the ball back to Player 2 and runs at full speed around him/her. As soon as Player 1 comes around Player 2, Player 3 passes a short ball to Player 1. Player 1 accelerates and passes the ball back to Player 3. Then Player 1 goes around Player 3 and starts the sequence again with Player 2. Player 1 completes 5 times around each player and then switches with one of Player 2.
