In this drill there will be 2 teams of 4 in the box and 4 players on the outside of the box. The teams in the middle will be aiming to keep possession against each other. They are able to pass t the players on the outisde but the players on the outside cant pass to the same player that passed to them, they will have to find another player on that team to pass too. If one of the players go to pass the ball to the player on the outside but it misses them and then goes past them, the team that lost the ball will loose the possession and then the player on the outside will then pass to the other team.

Organisation
In this drill the pitch will be in thirds. The middle third is unused, there will be a box in it where the defenders will stand in and get ready for 2 to run out. There will be 4 players in each of the other 2 thirds.
One of the thirds will have the ball and the 4 players will need to keep possession and make 10 passes, there will be 2 defenders that will run out and try to win the ball. If the defenders win the ball then they will have to try pass the ball back to there box. If the players manage to make 10 passes, then they will have to try and pass the ball to the other third.
Once the ball is then in the other third, the other 2 defenders will run to try and win the ball from that third while the other defenders go back to the box to get their breathe back.
