Time: 30 Minutes
Set Up:
-Pitch approx 40x30 (could be 35x20) split into 4 even zones with goal each end.
-2 strikers (yellow) placed either end zone.
-Other players split into teams of 4 and placed in other zones.
Exercise:
-ST plays ball to blue.
-Blue then work with each other to get ball to opposite ST.
-If succesful a goal can be scored.
-If goal or red win ball they can counter attack and look to score.
-Play 8 minute spells and rotate teams on other pitch.
Rule:
-Players start in their own zones.
-Strikers stay constantly in their zone.
-Players can move zones when ball is in play.
-Players can only move into ST zone when ST receives a pass.

-As previous essential with decision making of when to make that attacking pass.

Time: 30 Minutes
Set Up:
-Half pitch with large goal and two small goals.
-Split players into teams of 8.
-Blue play a 4-2-1
-Red play a 1-2-3-1
-Spare players bibbed up and to rotate.
Exercise:
-Play starts with red team.
-They play normal football and aim to score.
-Blue win possession they can counter and score in either goal.
-Spare players rotate on and off every 5 to 10 minutes.
Key Points:
-Can the players apply parts of E1 and E2 into a game scenario.

Time: 10 Minutes
Set Up:
-15x15 grid.
-4 stations with 3 poles in the middle.
-5 players placed on stations.
Exercise:
-1 and 2 exchange passes.
-2 makes a run into space and 1 passes ball to 2.
-2 lays off to 3 and then 1 and 2 rotate staions to 2 and 3 respectively.
-3 and 4 then perform same exercise.
-Play for 4 minutes then rotate direction.
