The ball is played to either middle player who sets the ball (maximum 2 touches) for the 2nd player in the middle who then plays the ball out to a new player on the outside. The player who passes the ball in comes into the circle and the player passing the ball out leaves the circle. The player setting the ball remains in the circle until they get to pass a ball out.

Combine to keep possession (25 mins)

Three equal teams, 2 teams with a ball each and the third team without a ball are defenders. Players with a ball each initially aim to keep their ball at their feet and away from the defenders. The defenders aim to steal a ball and clear it out of the area. If an attacker loses their ball they STAY in the area and combine with other players to keep that ball away from the defenders. Once all the balls are out of the area change so that another team defends.

We are looking for the 2 teams that can keep the balls in the area the longest by combining with other players once your ball is lost.

Only win by 1 goal (30 mins)

Two teams play a regular game with the condition you can only win the game by 1 goal. Therefore when a team scores to take the lead, they must maintain possession when they next win the ball back rather than looking to score a second goal. As and when they concede to make the scores level the game is played as normal until either team scores again to re-take the lead.

The role of the goalkeeper should constantly change from a regular keeper to an outfield player keeping possesion with an overload when their team takes the lead.
