Football/Soccer Session (Moderate): 3 v 2 Combination to Goal

3 v 2 Combination to Goal (20 mins)

Pitches set up like above. Footballs in the corner for the start player

3 reds are the attackers v 2 blue defenders, 1 as a recovery player when the first pass is made.

Once the first pass is made by the red player, they join in to make it 3 v 1. Red's have to pass the ball to each other and work it through the middle area before getting a shot on the goal. Blue's defend and when they win the ball have to pass it back to the goalkeeper to get a point.

Progressions:

- You can add 1 defender and 1 attacker in the final third if you have more players

- The first team to score 4 goals is the winner.
