Set Up
20 yards long, open width.
Rules and Conditions
Player 1 to throw to player 2 for her to head to player 1 or 3 who must catch it or can head for goal straight away. When the ball is thrown to head, opponents can only challenge with their head. When the ball has been headed to be catched, opposition player can challenge with hands. The player with the ball in their hands can pivot on one foot but cannot move. Teams to attack a direction and try to score a headed goal. (APARNA TO BE IN GOAL)

Quarter field. Goal at each end.
Rules and Conditions
Three teams. 2 play while one team rests. First team to score wins. New team starts with the ball. Maximum game time of 6 minutes.
