SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness)
- React to color cones called out, quick feet
SAQ Ball Work:
Players start in the middle w/ the ball doing boxers, coach calls out color combination of cones - do a cut move to right or left cones, when middle cone combination is called out - dribble to the other side
Technical:
One and two-touch ball work

Organization: 20 x 30 area, 3 v 3 w/ Target players
Instruction: Pink pass in from the feeder/target player A1 and combine to get the ball to A2 by passing to opposite player. This is a point. If white wins the ball they play to A1 or A2 to score a point.
Coaching Points: Movement off the ball, body position when traping, pace on pass

Warm Up - Rondo (15 mins)
Warm-up:
- Running w/ dynamic stretches
Organization: (Rondo) - 12 x 12 area adjust as needed, 6 v 2 inside, defenders change every time possession is lost. Player that loses possession and the player who played the previous pass go in the middle.
Coaching Points: Keep possession, good first touch, accurate passes, weight of passes, and getting in good passing lanes. Defenders - stay together, don't get split, first player press, second player diagonally behind, anticipation of pass, trigger for aggressive press.
Progression: Players in possession play in a two touch / one touch order.
