Keepy Up

Split players into smaller groups depending on size of main group. Teams must keep the ball in the air by catching at the high point and releasing back into the air before their feet hit the ground.

Primarily hand-eye coordination exercise. Still emphasise catching at highest point and leading with one knee.

Progress to see which group can keep the ball up for the longest.
