This session is designed to develop 1v1 and 2v2 attacking as well as basic moves to elude pressure.

Objective: improve game intelligence and 1v1 attacking and defending.
Organization: players organize on either side of the coach. FUNiño field with 4 goals.
Instructions: coach puts the ball in play and the players go 1v1 until someone scores or the ball goes out of bounds.
Variations: have the players start from behind the goals. Toss the ball into play rather than just pass it in play.

Ball Mastery - Parallel Dribbling (15 mins)
Objective: improve ball mastery.
Organization: players on line 6 yards from anothe line.
Instructions: players dribble to the second line then change direction and dribble back. Use the move instructed by the coach. Examples: (1) pull-back, (2) Cruyff, (3) inside of the foot cut, (4) outside of the foot cut, (5) step over.
Variations:
Key Coaching Points:
1. Head up when dribbling (coach can stand at one end with different color vests and hold them up)
2. Execute the move.
3. Accelerate after the move.
