Time: 15 Minutes
Set up:
-Same grid
-Players split into two teams of 4 with 1 or 2 common players in centre grid.
Exercise:
-Team in possession play on the further outer edge of grid but within it.
-Team out of possession player further inside.
-Team in possession aims to keep ball away from other by playing to each other and looking to play passes into the common player in the centre grid and receive back to the outside.
-If other team win possession they must switch roles.
Progression:
-If available add some mini goals and players can score once ball has gone through centre grid.

Time: 15 Minutes
Set Up:
-As size of half arena.
-Players split into 2 even teams.
-Blue: 2CB, 2 FB, 1 MC, 1CF
-Red: 2MC, 2W, 10, CF
Exercise:
-Play football as required.
-Add conditions if required.

Time: 10-15 Minutes
Set Up:
-30x30 grid with a `10x10 in the middle.
-Players split around stations.
-Balls at 1 and 4.
Exercise:
-Pass and move in number order.
-Players at 3 and 6 RWB to 4 and 1 respectively.
-Work for 3-5 minutes
Progressions:
-1: 1 &2 do a 1/2 and receive pass back again then play to 3. Same for 4 and 5. Players at 2 and and 5 must move to two different positions to receive each pass.
-2: Play 1 to 3 to 2 back to 3. Same opposite.
