Progression 1- Add in a defender who is live to win the ball. team in possession look to connect one end to another for points. If defenders wins it-they can dribble over any line for a point.

Team in possession looks to play through the thirds and connect one end to the other.
All players are locked into their zones when blue is in possession.
Orange team looks to defend and if they win possession it is a live game (Zones do not exist) and can score on any of the goals.

Four players set up in a 12x15 yard area. One player on each end and sides. The player on one end and the two players on the side look to exchange at least one pass before looking to switch the play to the opposite end. Repeat the process.

-Quality of pass (on the ground, weight of pass)

-Control and Pass
