keeper starts with the ball and passes to the centre forward waiting in the circle on the half way line

the forward then passes left or right to start the attack.

The 3 defenders must defend the penalty area. 

The wide then moves forward with the ball at pace using a skill to get past the mannequin 

the 2 other forwards attach the penalty area

the nearest defender tries to stop the cross while the player in possession tries to find another forward in the box to create a goal scoring opportunity

The defence with the keepers aim is to stop a goal

If a goal is scored or the Defence wins possession the goalkeeper starts with the ball and the 2nd 3 forwards attack while the fist group jog back to the half way line changing their starting position each time.

5 V 5 GAME

A standard game but if the ball goes out of play or a goal is scored, a new ball is instantly fed in

Each player of each team has a direct player they are allocated to be against. While the game is played as normal, any player can tackle any of the opposition, if a goal is scored the player who is linked to the goal scorer, They must do a lap of the pitch before they join back in the game.
