Organization:
1. 20x20 area with 5x5 square in center.
2. Players distributed evenly as shown.
Instructions:
1. Players perform series of movements in two lines.
2. Movements include shuffles, skipping, hip extensions, etc.
3. Following movements, players compete in tag game.
4. Player in white is attacker; player in blue is defender.
5. Attacker must get to opposite line without getting tagged.
6. Attacker must enter central box for point to count.
7. Players rotate roles.
Coaching Points:
1. Speed of approach.
2. Slow down on arrival.
3. Body movements.
4. Change of speed.

Instructions:
A)
- Knee tag: on eyecontact players run towards middle of channel and play knee tag for 5 seconds, other players in line count down
B)
- Player A passes the ball to B
- B stops balls, A approches the defending, tags players ellbow, holds for 3 sec
- B passes to A, approaches, tags..
C)
As soon as defender tags ellbow game is life
- defender tries to win ball, attacker tries to cross middle line
Coaching Points:
- defending position
Get to the ball quickly
Slow down on approach
Body Position - slightly side on to the ball (force attacker where you want them to go)
Body shape - low (knees bent and on toes) and side on
Progressions:
- attacker can attack on first touch
- time limit for defender

Organization:

Instructions:
1. Defender passes across to the attacker standing in the gate.
2. Defender presses after his pass.
3. Attacker looks to score on either of two goals.
4. If the defender wins the ball, he can counter by attacking the gate.
5. Play is over after someone scores or the ball goes out.
6. Players go back to their line and two new players begin the process.
7. Change roles after 2-3 minutes.
Coaching Points:
- Quality and direction of first touch.
- Look to attack space.
- Head up to recognize space and pressure.
- Performing of scissors
- Accelerate away.
Progressions:
-Add a time limit to score.
- Assign different values to each goal to encourage attacking a specific side.

Instructions:
Players play 1v1v1on 3 goals. Team who get scored on 3 times is disqualified

1) Can you attack space?
2) What turns can you use?
