Nearest Player to try and force the ball to one side of the field.
This acts as a trigger for the rest of the players (everyone) to begin pressing the nearest player to them.
Make sure to mark open side shoulder so you can force the player back into pressure. The idea is to keep the ball in that half and prevent switches of play.
Remember, we want to make the playing area as small as possible for your opponent.
When we get the ball back, go to goal as quickly as possible (if there is an attacking option).
