Organization:
Players divided into 4 teams
Field divded into two small areas 8 yards by 12 yards, separated by a middle channel
Instructions:
One team in each field send two defenders in h other box, the team on attack is trying to get 6 passes to score a point. If th defendig team wins th ball they pass accross th channel to their team in h other box. They are then trying to get six passes to score a point
Coaching Points:
1) Transistion from attacking to defendig
2) quckness of passing
3) Movement/mobility to create better opprotunites
4) Quality of passing (Giving your teamate a ball they can play)

Organization:
20x30 yard area
4v4 with 2 targets for each team (set-up as shown)
Instructions:
- Teams with possession tries to play from end-to-end with their target player
- Each pass into their target is worth a point (must go to opposite end after each pass into target)
- Defending team must try to win possession and play to their targets going other direction
Coaching Points:
- Head up to find space, teammates in field of play and/or target
- Teammates in field of play must move to create angles of support to receive pass and/or to pull their defender out of the way to create a passing lane for other teammates or target
- Play pass to proper (back) foot to assist next action for teammates receiving the ball
- Try not to have all teammates on the same line (vertical or horizontal)
- Do not have all teammates check to the same space to get ball from teammate on the ball

- Look to play combination patterns (give/go, double pass, overlap, etc.) to exploit the space.
