Regressions:
- GK is allowed to join in on the attack
- Defending GK must remain on the goal line at all times
- defending team has 1 player stuck on the midfield line, allowing the attacking team to play out of the back
- defending players must play with hands behind their backs, slowing them down

- all goals = 1 unless scored off 1 touch which = 5
- Defending GK is allowed to come out and defend
- Goals are made smaller
- Remove points for saves
- Any shots that go wide = minus a point

Lightning 2.0 (20 mins)
Organization:
- 20 x 30 yard area, split in two
- 3 teams of 4 or more
- goals sized appropriately for the age group and ability, allowing balance of challenge and success
Instructions:
- 3 teams split, 2 teams competing on both fields, 1 team as goalkeepers on fields
- 5 minute matches, 3 matches total
- When your team is out of possession, 1 player must always stay in the attacking half, leaving a 2v1 scenario for the attacking team
- To score points, a shot on goal = 1, a goal = 5, win = 5, tie = 1
- Every time a GK makes a save = 1 pt for their team
- teams rotate after 5 minutes, allowing every team to be GKs once
Coaching Points:
