Objective

Goal keeper specific practice ( Handling Crosses )

Red team attack Blue team in a 5 v 4, Play starts at centre spot, MINIMUM 2 PASSES to be completed before transitioning to wide channels, When Play enetrs wide channels, attacking team must cross ball. ( NO Blue's can enter wide channels at this point )

Red's then attempt to score from Crosses,( GOALKEEPER TO BE COACHED TO CLAIM CROSSES AND THEN INTITIATE COUNTER ATTACK) Blue team then attempt to score in 2 x mini goals located on halfway line.

RED TEAM CAN TRANSISTION IN AND OUT OF WIDE CHANNELS AT ALL TIMES

Progressions/Challanges

. Coach to predetermine with RED team whether crosses into box to be High/Low or mixture to give Goalkeeper specific Practices.

. Defending team can send 1 defender into wide channel to force RED team to alter angle of crosses and speed and type of delivery

. Restrict number of touches to increase pace of play
