Key Factors:
1. Mobility - effective movement off the ball.
2. Dispersal - width and depth.
3. Penetration - can we play forward immediately?

Set Up: 30*25 grid. 3 small gates on each end line. Additional balls on the outside.
Players: 4 teams of 4 players. 4v4 in the middle. One team of four acts as the "goalkeepers" on the outside. One team of four rests.
Description: Players play 4v4 plus 2 "goalkeepers" (yellow) inside a 25 x 30 area. Each team must always have 2 goalkeepers (yellow) in goal on the line. The attacking team can only score in the goal that is not occupied. Players score by dribbling the ball through the goal that is un-occupied.
Coaching Points:
Players must play with head up
Move ball at speed
Attack space at speed and be positive.
Progression: Wide goals are worth double the points.

Set Up: Quarter field at PG split into three horizontal zones. Middle zone is 10 yards deep. Two small goals on each end line.
Players: Two teams of 8 players (plus one sub if GKs are involved). 6v6 in one half, 1v1 in middle zone and target players on the end lines.
Description: Team in possession (blue) look to complete three passes and play through their middle player. Objective is to transition to the other half. If, blue can play their target player immediately, they can look to score on either of the goals. In the meantime, their teammates transition to the other half to keep possession (try to get numbers up). If target player cannot be played, then blue can connect three passes to then go to goal.
Progression: Add an extra defender in the attacking zone.
Questions:
How can we get the ball efficiently to our middle player? To our target player? How can we create options if our target player is not an option?

Set Up: Quarter field at Pine Glen. Balls along the outside.
Players: 3 teams of 5 players (one team will have a subsitute). 5 outfield and 1 goalkeeper for each team on field. Two active teams; third team rests.
Description: Play 6v6 (including GK) - King's / Queen's court. All regular rules apply, including retreat line. Team that scores stays and quickly attacks the other way (after scoring). Resting team jumps on the field to defend. Team that got scored on leaves the field.
Key Factors:
All coaching points from the session - focus on angles and distance of support. Also look for good overall shape, support and mobility.

Progression: Quickly progress to two balls moving in each grid.
