Aerobic Power_ End Zone w/Support (15 min)
Set Up: 5v5+5. Scoring by completing 5 consecutive passes in one half. Once a point is scored, the ball is transferred to the other half where the two player in the end zone join the attack.
Variation 1: Limit the number of touches
Varation 2: Players must complete a pass to a neutral player before the ball can be switched
Coaching Points: Quick movement of the ball, angles of support, movement off the ball

2 Keepers defend 2 goals. 5v5 2 min/2 goals, switch groups
