Ladder A- They will do ladder work then the coach will tell them to go to the orange cone or the black cone.

facing one way -2min
Facing the other way -2min
Exercise B- Players will do ladder work then sprint to the cone and stop at the cone in an athletic position.

Exercise C
Ladder work then coach passes them the ball, they take a touch forward and get the shot off
Ladder Work-
Karaoke -2min
Start to the side of the ladder and put left foot in then right foot advancing-2 min
Start to the other side of the ladder and put right foot then left foot advancing- 2min
180 Degree turns- two feet in each space then a 180 turn to the next space
Warmup (30 mins)
Draw the ABC's with the bottom of the foot both right and left
Pull back push inside 10x, laces 10x, toe 10x both feet
Outside outside 20 times each foot
Fake shot stop the ball with the bottom of the foot 10x each foot.
Partner passing inside the foot 2 minutes
Partner passing rolling the ball with the top of the foot, the other player traps the ball with the top of the foot then roles back 2 min
Dribble in a circle around your partner using the inside of your foot 20 touches then switch
Dribble in a circle around your partner using the outside of your foot 20 touches then switch
