ORGANISATION:
- Pitch split in to thirds
- 2 teams in each of the end thirds
- 3v3+GK Transition Game
COMMUNICATION:
- One team attacks the goal with the other defending.
- If the defending team win the ball they counter attack to the end line in the third and turn to attack the goal (+transition)
- If the team with the ball lose it, they must react to stop the defending team reaching the escape line, in failing that can they then protect the goal.
INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATIONS:
+ Transition:
- Break quickly
- First thought forwards
- Transition
: Reaction time (counter press)
: Recovery runs
CONCENTRATION/FOCUS IS KEY (recognition of transitions)

ORGANISATION:
- Three zones, small pitch
- Two goals with keepers
- 1v1 in the end zones
- 3v3/4v4 in the central zone (numbers depending)
COMMUNICATION:
- Possession starts centrally with the 3v3/4v4.
- After 3 passes, any two players from the possession team can break to the end zone to create a 3v1.
- Teams play both directions, meaning that end zone players are both attackers and defenders.
PROGRESSION:
- Game becomes more realistic with teams only allowed to attack one way.
Team without the ball can now set up deeper to protect the defender and the team with the ball can keep the ball for as long as they like before breaking.
INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATIONS:
- Unselfish movements/runs in 1v1's to drag defenders out of shape.
- Cross runs and overlaps to overload 1v1's
- 1v1 defender in front moves (dribbling and RWTB)
- Ball striking and various finishes

- If the orange successfully takes the ball, the blue has to react to prevent them playing forwards.

- Risk vs reward (protect or counter)
Negative Transition:
- 5 Second Fury
- Fire (Aggression and Intensity)
