Organisation
30x20 yard area with 2 cones in middle to make 2 triangles
Balls start on opposite corners, and players follow passes as shown above
2 passes (2 touch), followed by sprint with ball
Coaching Points
Accuracy / weight of passing (passes should be fast, strong - test 1st touch)
Body angle to receive pass - open
First touch when attacking space
Intensity of play - no jogging, walking, resting - test technique when working hard.

Organization
35x20 yard area (both end-zones are 10x20, middle zone is 15x20)
3 teams of 4 players (or fit to the numbers in session)
1 team must make 5 passes in end zone, before switching play to other end zone to another team.
Team that starts in middle zone is defending team. 1 defneder per end zone (can only enter once the ball enters the end-zone)
If defender wins the ball in end-zone, or middle zone (when teams are switching the ball), defending team switches with the team that lost the ball.

Progressions

1. 1-touch pass then back of line. Do right, left, then volleys (2-touch).
1a. 2-touch (right-left or left-right)
2. Roll to one side (sole of foot), then inside pass. Work both sides
3. 1-touch cushioned headers, to back of line
4. 2 grids working diagonally, 1-touch. Right & Left.
