GK moves to S1 who in turn passes to S2 to hit first time into small goal. After this ball is dead, GK must travel back to S1 where it will be passed to S3 who can shoot into any goal.
S2 has 1 touch and S3 has 2 touch.
Lastt progression will be both groups having only 2 servers and 4 balls coming into the area 1 after another. Servers choose which goal to strike into and GKs must react accordingly
Shot Stopping Warm Up
GK starts on angle as have done first two days. GK must move to near post then turn flat to deal with volley in small goal. After catching, GK then moves OUT and across and receives hip height dive to the far corner.
KEYS
Movement must be quick and feet stay close to ground.
Set at correct moment, early is better than late
Only 1 body part to move to catch the volley unless volley is at the side. Hands only to drive up or change
Quick movement with weight in front to get into position for dive.
Hands must drive first, in turn driving the feet.
Aim is for good diving shape to finish in front of the cone.
