3rd activity progresses to coach serving the ball to the middle and Red and Blue run to the ball to gain possession. Players look to adjust based on who receives the ball and where, but the 1v1 duel continues with the attacker looking to score and the defender looking to gain possession and counter to her goal.
Progression: Add 2nd attacker and defender and go to 2v2. Change type of service of the ball.
