Set Up
30x30 yards. Goal at each end.
Rules and Conditions
Two teams with a gk in each goal. One team starts with a 3v2 advantage and tries to score against their opponent. When the attacking phae is dead, the defending team becomes the attacking team and three new players attack two defenders.
Progression
Teams can use goalkeepers in possession.

Area 20x20 yard grid with lines of cones seperated every 5yards.

Players go through PEP routine including Motor Movement, Dynamic Stretching, Strength, plyometric and sprint (with changes of direction) phases. Focus on techniques and landing mechanics
