Organization:
3 vs 3 turns into 3 vs 2. Half Balls should be at the big goal Half should be in center of the small goals.
Instructions:
The last one to score would have to touch a designated goal post. At that moment 3 new players would have to come out and play 3 vs 2 while the other defender is trying to recover.
Coaching Points:
Can we recognize quick when to do a counter? As getting closer to goal, Reinforce looking at the GKs position. Can we finish on the far side of the GK/ Can we disguise the finish and finish on near post? Technical points about finishing.

Instructions:
If we do not have that many numbers. Blue has to be numbers up so they can attack the and red numbers down so as soon blue score in the goal we are trying counter the counter and hopefully finishing on big net.
Coaching Points:
Quick movement when Blue scores on small goals. Can we get the ball and try to penetrate as soon as possible
If can play a straight line forward, can we then play wide and create chances form the sides
Timing of the counter to get ball into the final third.
