Organization:
1. 40 x 40 yard area setup as shown
2. 12 players (6 A ttackers,6 Targets)
3. 6 Balls
4. 12 + cones (These are placed randomly around the area to make minigates to pass the ballthrough)
Instructions:
1. Players are paired together one attacker one target player
2. Players move around the area in their pairs
3. Once the pair reaches a gate,the attacker must pass to their target player through the gate
4. After the ball has been received through the gate, the pair switches roles and find another gate to play through
5. Players keep count of the gates the ball is passed through
Coaching Points:
1. Head up, observe your target
2. Weight and accuracy of pass
Progressions:
1. Players have to get through two gates for one point
2. Limit to two touch so that the players have to continue to pass moving to the gates
3.Switch Partner after pass through a gate

Organization:
Players dribbling in and around a 20X20 on coach's call of switch, players must leave their ball and find an open ball. Last player to complete action does toe taps/boxes
Instructions:
Techniques for dribble and awareness of time and space.
Coaching Points:
-try to touch the ball with every step of the dribble
-be the first to recognize and move towards open soccer ball
Progressions:
P1 - players have to dribble on coach's call of switch, players must leave their ball and find an open ball. Last player to complete action loses soccer ball. last 2 players to have soccer balls wins
P2 - players have to dribble around in area. one group has soccer balls other group doesn't on coach's call group with the ball passes to group without. Toe taps for players that make inaccurate passes or poor receives.
