-From an attacking point of view to create a realism, strikers must not drop deep, must occupy the 2 CB and try and push them back to create more space for the attacking team
-Winger from opposite side of the cross must get in box and create numbers
What if's
Here the left winger has the ball, as right back moves out, it's a trigger for defending team to move across, using pitch markings as reference of where they should be
- LB has tucked in and is in line with back post
- Furthers CB is in line with penalty spot
- Nearest CB in line with front post, but can move with striker if needed.
- No 6 must be in position to stop ball getting into the red striker
- No 6 and 8 must also be in position tackle winger if he cuts in and tries to shoot, if this happens no 8 must move in more central to protect the centre area, he can use penalty spot as his line of reference.
-No 6 must also be ready to help fb if the attacking fb creates and overload and overlaps. Therefor no 10 must be ready to drop in to his position and help out
- If Attacking winger passes back to the no 2, the defending no 10 must be in position to stop the switch of play

Here the winger has passed his man, now the CB must go out and put pressure on, if this happens
- Other CB and far FB must alter positions again, moving across more and the no 8 must also adjust and position, the penalty spot would be a good reference.
- No 6 must be in position to tackle winger if he cuts in and shoots
- No 6 must also be in position to stop the cut back to a player i.e the no 10 on edge of the box

I will try and make the SSG as real as possible, My assistant will drill the attacking team and manage them in a way that the opposition would do.
I will be coaching the Blues, getting the team to set up as in a game (last 10 min)
- Compact
- High line to begin to limit the space for the opposition
- I will be working on what if's, what players need to do in different situations
Conditions and Targets.
-Reds must have the 2 wingers high and wide at all times and move the ball quickly
- If reds loose the ball all players must be in the blues half to press, as they would in the last 10 min needing a goal.
-Only 1 blue can go in the wide zones-reds must create the overlap and get in dangerous positions.
- Reds get a point for each attempted crosses.
- If blues win ball they must score in the outside goals ( this is where the space will be )

Set up
-Blue team set up 4-4-1 keeping compact
-Red team set up with a GK to start the play no 6 to pick up ball, 2 full backs, 2 wingers, 2 strikers and 2 ACM
-Red cones-Defending team staring position- High line
-Bigger orange cones-starting position for wingers (when keeper starts attack)
-Wide highlighted area-winger must stay in zone when building play, but he can exit zone if a cross comes in from opposite side or can exit zone when he is in possession(to cut and shoot or cross ext)
-Blue team can also score if they pass ball into small goals- This is there the space will be in the last 10 min.
Conditions
-no 6 2 touch max ( quick ball)
-When attacking team start attack with GK, defending team must use pitch markings as a reference for position - Defending fb use box as reference, if their wider than the 18 yard box team is not compact enough.
-Defending CM must also stay compact and stop no 9s and ACM getting ball in central areas.
