Hockey Session (Senior): 6v5- Protect the middle (Start Time: 2019-10-15 23:15:00)

Screen 1 (20 mins)

A- Player starts with the ball on the side line marked with cones. This player does not join the play, he/she only plays the initial pass to the player on the 50 yard line.

B- Player B recieves the ball from player A and can play the pass to the player in the box, to the player on the right side or to a forward.

E & F- Are midfielders. They need to protect the middle and apply pressure to attackers.

C- The person in the box always stays in the box. He/she can only join the play by receiving the ball inside the box and either dribling out or making a pass. No defense is allowed inside the box.

Note: The defending team can drible pass the 25 yard line or make three passes to end the play.
