Use 1/4 field, make 3 line S,CM, and RM.
Ball Starts with CM , passes to Striker who comes back from opposing team's 18 yard box, makes a run through four cones in diamond to give a one touch pass back to CM. Then CM makes a 1 or 2 touch pass to outside RM through two flags. RM then takes 2 touches towards net and shoots with striker trailing up the middle.
Progression : add a defender on RM after his first touch. also move up CM and add Centre Defender so yo can now choose between two starting points. Finally add LM for cross from RM.
If you can move full size night to left side and focus on one half of field.

Small sided game
set up three teams of 5 and two goalies
Use quarter field.
two teams in one half , other in opposing half.
5 v 5, one defending one attacking the net, if defence wins they go into other half to attack the net, agaisnt the other team of 5
If you score you take the ball and attack in opposite half.
Focus on the breakout pass using the CM + S + RM, same principles used leading up to this game.

Warm up :

Set up 5 cones, one in the middle 4, 20 yards out at 4 points. 3 players in each line and 2 players in the middle. 2 Balls Start with the two centre players. The centre players make lead passes to oposite sides. The receiving player then passes to next cone/player who then passes back to the middle player. You always follow your pass so that you move from cone to cone.
Important : start with multiple touches than limit to two touches, then one touch for the middle player.
One more progression is that middle player passes ball in air outside players so they have to control ball quickly with no more than two touches.
Finally make a point of passes going to middle players must be on the ground and to their feet.
